After months of summer socialising, keeping up with plans, or just holding it all together in daily life,

this is your chance to pause.

To reset.

To come back to yourself.

To softly land back in your own body.

To take a step away from the external noise and expectations,

and return to your own rhythm.

We’ll start with a soft Vinyasa practice: gentle movement, guided breath, and a loooong savasana (with a lavender pouchs).

After moving our bodies, we’ll step into the heat for a warm and soothing saunagus, infused with essential oils- pure honey for the nervous system.

The sauna isn’t just about relaxation.

It’s a sensory ritual to release overstimulation, clear out what’s stuck, and soften the nervous system as we shift into a new season.

Expect to be floating on the way home.

FAQs

  • Yes! The practice will be beginners-friendly and slow-paced.

  • A saunagus is a heightened experience of a traditional sauna. There will be 3 rounds of about 12-15 minutes, where you will be treated to a variety of soothing essential oils poured onto a hot stove. The intention of this saunagus is soothe and restore, so expect to leave the sauna relaxed.

There are breaks in-between the rounds where you can take a cold shower, or dip in the cold tub or just sit on the side and have a cup of tea.

  • Absolutely! You are more than welcome to send me a DM on Instagram (@bellaneergaard) with any questions about accommodations/ requests. This space is open for everyone, but I especially am eager to make it feel safe for my fellow neurodivergent pals to join.
