Yoga + movement practices in Copenhagen and online.

Space for curiosity, choice, challenge, rest and whatever kind of body you arrive with that day.

My teaching philosophy:

(aka. what can you actually expect from my yoga classes)

  • I guide classes that prioritise presence over performance - noticing over “nailing it”.

  • Focus on how a pose feels, not how it looks. No pressure to be “good at yoga” – you’re already doing The Most™ in your everyday life.

  • A space where you have full authority over your body- you get to decide if today is a day to lean into challenge or to take it gently.

In short,

I hold space for you, so you can hold space for yourself.

Ways to practice with me:

In-person classes:

If you live in Copenhagen, come by and flow with me in-person, either at Iluma Yoga Studio and Yo Studios, Carlsberg.

Online videos:

If you want soft, structured yoga without leaving the house, the online bundles are for you.

One-time purchase, lifetime access- a little library you can return to whenever your brain and body need a reset.

Private group sessions:

If you’re a company or team and want a softer kind of “wellness at work”, you can also book me for gentle yoga or nervous-system aware sessions for your staff.

About:

My name is Bella, I’m a yoga teacher and facilitator based in Copenhagen, Denmark.

I found yoga in my final year of university, somewhere between exams and being diagnosed with autism and ADHD.

I kept a scrappy yoga mat rolled out next to my desk, and it became one of the few places where I could slow down enough to notice what was actually happening in my body.

Over time, yoga became less about “doing poses” and more about developing a relationship with myself — through effort and rest, capacity and choice.

That is still the place I teach from today.

I create spaces that offer rest, regulation and joy – especially for those who are tired of doing the absolute Most™ all the time.
