About:
I’m Bella, a late-diagnosed autistic and ADHD educator and facilitator based in Copenhagen.
My work sits at the intersection of neurodivergence, lived experience and the body.
At first glance, my work can look a little all over the place.
Sometimes I am speaking to a workplace about hidden social and sensory demands. Sometimes I am facilitating a space for neurodivergent adults. And sometimes I am teaching a regular yoga class or leading a retreat.
What connects all of it is an interest in lived experience — how we relate to ourselves, to other people and to the environments we move through.
