My online offerings for neurodivergent folks- both yoga and meditation- are designed to honour the neurodivergent experience and create space for you to show up exactly as you are.
These practices aren’t about “fixing” anything; they’re about meeting yourself with care and moving in ways that feel safe and supportive for your body and mind.
This means recognisng the physiological realities of being neurodivergent—things like sensory overwhelm, a dysregulated nervous system, and alexithymia—but also the social experiences, like masking and feeling the pressure to move or exist in a certain way.
Neurodiversity is a broad spectrum, and while these sessions are open to everyone, they are especially created with autistic folks, ADHDers, and those with anxiety in mind.

Some of the yoga flows include props like bolsters and blocks, but these can be easily substituted in with household objects like blankets and books.
stay in stillness before your day begins.
This morning yin practice is your invitation to linger in the quiet before the rush.
A little bit about Yin yoga:
Yin yoga is different from vinyasa: instead of flowing between poses, we stay in each shape for a few minutes, letting gravity do the work.
Whereas Vinyasa Yoga we use the muscles to help us flow into each pose, in Yin we’re working deeply into the connective tissues (fascia, ligaments, tendons).
That’s why Yin is great to practice in the morning, since our bodies are colder and more receptive to long, supported holds.
