A 3 hour guided journey with movement and warmth, to gently transition into autumn.

After the extraverted energy of the summer months- plans, socialising and being out in the world and returning to our daily routines of work…

this is your invitation to pause, reset and come back to yourself.

To softly land back in your own body.

To briefly step away from our routines,

and return to your own rhythm.

You’ll be guided through soft Vinyasa practice: with guided meditation, gentle movement (and a loooong savasana), reconnecting with ourselves.

After moving our bodies, we’ll step into the heat for a warm and soothing saunagus, infused with essential oils- pure honey for the nervous system.

Think of the sauna not just as a relaxing experience, but as a gentle ritual for release. A chance to sweat out whatever you’re ready to leave behind as you enter a new season.

Expect to be floating on the way home.
