What to Expect
Expect hands-on fun, supportive staff, and a mix of structured activities and open play. This is a space where campers can move, make, imagine, and grow.

Format:
The Practice:
We’ll begin with a slow and gentle movement practice (about 30 minutes).
The Journalling:
After movement, you’ll have the opportunity to get your journal out for some quiet, individual reflection (with the help of some journal prompts given by Bella).
The Circle:
After the individual reflection, we will gather in a circle and you’ll have the opportunity to share what you’ve written down or listen to what others have to say.

No. Diagnosis or self-identification are both welcome. If you read the description and think “oh… that’s me”, you belong here.

Not at all. The yoga part is slow, floor-based and accessible, with lots of options and plenty of permission to rest or skip poses. You can stay seated or lying down the whole time if that’s what feels best.

No. Sharing is always an invitation, never an obligation. You can:

Share briefly
Or not share at all and just listen
Your presence is enough.

Comfortable clothes you can move and rest in
A water bottle
A journal and pen (optional but helpful)
Any personal comfort items (earplugs, fidget toys, your favourite hoodie, etc.)
Mats and some props will be available at the space, and you’re welcome to bring your own if you prefer.
